Please read product descriptions carefully. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please reach out to me at info@yelenabryksenkova.shop so we can find a solution. Item must be returned at the buyer's expense to receive a refund. All custom artwork is final sale.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Shop owner is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or cannot be located after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos, and I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
